TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms for this private command center.
Last updated August 26, 2026
Authorized use
This application is maintained for its configured owner and authorized administrative operation. Access by any other person is not permitted unless the owner expressly authorizes it and the application is reconfigured accordingly.
Connected accounts
The owner is responsible for authorizing only accounts and data they have the right to use. Provider permissions can be revoked at any time. The Brain will use only the scopes shown during provider consent and enabled by its current code.
Owner-controlled actions
Private retrieval, analysis, and drafting may occur within the authenticated Brain. The current Apple Health connection is read-only, and the Plaid connection does not provide payment, transfer, or trading actions. External actions—including sending email, editing calendars, changing CRM records, publishing, purchasing, or transferring funds—require explicit confirmation unless a separately documented and tested automation has been approved.
Availability and accuracy
The Brain is provided as a private productivity system. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before consequential use. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, authentication changes, or security reasons.
Security and acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, access unapproved data, expose credentials, disrupt the service, or use the Brain for unlawful activity. Access may be suspended to protect the service, connected accounts, or data.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the Brain's capabilities or providers change. The current version and update date will remain available at this URL.
